Terry has been a dedicated healthcare practitioner for 27 years, bringing a diverse set of skills and knowledge to his practice. He holds a Diploma in Health Science (Massage Therapy), a Masters of Osteopathy, and a Masters of Science in Medicine (Pain Management).
With extensive experience in treating and managing neuromusculoskeletal pain and dysfunction, Terry has excelled as an osteopath, tertiary lecturer, clinic coordinator, and pain educator in persistent pain management programs. He understands that persistent pain is a significant challenge in today’s society, leaving individuals feeling isolated and uncertain about the path forward.
Terry firmly believes that with the right help and guidance, the complex puzzle of persistent pain can be solved. He emphasises the importance of evidence-based pain science education, helping individuals understand their pain and develop self-management strategies to improve daily function and quality of life, even in the presence of pain.
Terry is a strong advocate of movement and loves hiking, cycling, running, and doing crazy things like swimming in shark infested oceans. So far he has managed to keep all his fingers and toes.
