Taking Control, Easing Pain - Your Path to Wellness
Here's what's essential:
- For Work Cover or third-party claims, ensure the referral (or WorkCover certificate) states “Effective Pain Solutions – Pain Program”. A referring letter with all relevant claim details is desirable.
- For all other clients, a referral letter outlining health history, medications, and presenting concerns is desirable.
