“I have a patient who I believe will benefit from an EPS Persisting Pain Program. What next?”
It’s simple – for your patient to benefit, they’ll need a referral from a GP or NTD (Nominated Treating Doctor).
Here's What's Essential:
For Work Cover or third-party claims, ensure the referral (or WorkCover certificate) states “Effective Pain Solutions – Pain Program”. A referring letter with all relevant claim details is desirable.
For all other clients, a referral letter outlining health history, medications, and presenting concerns is desirable.
Leave the rest to EPS – we’ll handle everything from here!
